• ผู้ใช้บริการ — บุคคลหรือธุรกิจที่สมัคร tobtan แล้วเชื่อมเพจหรือช่องทางสนทนาของตนเอง
• ผู้ติดต่อ — บุคคลที่ทักหรือคอมเมนต์เข้าเพจหรือช่องทางนั้น โดยไม่มีบัญชี tobtan

tobtan เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลบัญชีของผู้ใช้บริการ และเป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลของผู้ติดต่อ แทนผู้ใช้บริการ ผู้ใช้บริการเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลของผู้ติดต่อบนช่องทางของตน

จากผู้ใช้บริการ: ชื่อ, อีเมล, รหัสผ่านที่เข้ารหัส, ข้อมูลบัญชี Google หากเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google, ข้อมูลธุรกิจและบอท, โทเคนการเชื่อมต่อช่องทาง, คลังความรู้, ประวัติการใช้งาน, ข้อมูลการชำระเงินผ่าน Stripe และข้อมูลทางเทคนิค เช่น ที่อยู่ IP และประเภทเบราว์เซอร์

จากผู้ติดต่อ: รหัสผู้ใช้บนช่องทางนั้น เช่น Facebook PSID, ชื่อที่แสดง, ข้อความ, รูปภาพที่ส่งมา, ข้อมูลนัดหมาย และบันทึกที่ผู้ใช้บริการใส่เพิ่ม เช่น เบอร์โทรหรือหมายเหตุ

• Meta — รับและส่งข้อความบนเพจหรือ Instagram
• Google Gemini และ Typhoon จาก SCB 10X — สร้างคำตอบจากบทสนทนา
• Google — เข้าสู่ระบบด้วยบัญชี Google
• Stripe — ชำระเงินของผู้ใช้บริการ

นอกจากนี้เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อได้รับความยินยอม เมื่อกฎหมายบังคับ หรือเมื่อจำเป็นเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิของ tobtan

• Operator — a person or business that signs up for tobtan and connects their own Page or messaging channel.
• Incoming contact — a person who messages or comments on that Page or channel and who does not have a tobtan account.

tobtan is the controller of Operator account data and the processor of Incoming contact data on the Operator's behalf. The Operator is the controller of Incoming contact data on their own channels.

From Operators: name, email, hashed password, Google account details if they sign in with Google, business and bot settings, channel access tokens, knowledge base content, usage history, payment data via Stripe, and technical data such as IP address and browser type.

From Incoming contacts: channel user IDs such as a Facebook PSID, display name, message text, images they send, appointment details, and notes the Operator adds, such as a phone number.

• Meta — to receive and send Page or Instagram messages
• Google Gemini and Typhoon by SCB 10X — to generate replies
• Google — for Google sign-in
• Stripe — for Operator payments

We may also disclose data with consent, when required by law, or to protect tobtan's rights.

Incoming contacts who do not have a tobtan account may request deletion of their messages or data by contacting the Page or Operator, or by emailing privacy@tobtan.co with the Page name, their Facebook display name, and the channel they used. We will delete our copies within 30 days.
